Refund policy

At Gut Axis, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Due to the nature of ingestible health supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened products for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gutaxis.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
